In response to your customer satisfaction report and request for a description of our experience, it is my pleasure to convey how fortunate I feel REMAX Gateway is to employ Terri Browne.  

When we first met Terri her enthusiasm, energy and great attitude were impressed upon me immediately.  For the following weeks, Terri generously took us all over the county to see properties and made efforts to accommodate our limitations such as meeting Eric at a convenient location so that he could sign paperwork.  Due to my commute, I am unable to make appointments any earlier than 6:30 p.m.  Terri accommodated this and spent many nights with Eric and I well into the evening hours.  Terri was willing to go the extra mile.  This did not go unnoticed and I am thankful she graciously made time for us.

Terri and I were able to communicate primarily through e-mail and faxing during my work-day.  I feel Terri was extremely accessible, beyond my expectations.  I recognize she has many clients and is undoubtedly busy.  I appreciated her efforts to return every call and make herself available at awkward times of the day.  Terri also referred us to our lender who turned out to be excellent.
